Tayoro Handmade Soba Junshin
An authentic artisan soba restaurant in the middle of Tayoro soba-producing area in Shibetsu. Uses organically grown Tayoro buckwheat milled with a slow stone grinder. The owner fell in love with this local buckwheat at age 33, relocated here and opened the shop. Freshly milled, freshly kneaded, freshly boiled — the three essentials perfectly met. 30+ minute waits at lunch. 2-minute walk from Tayoro Station.
