A long-established okonomiyaki restaurant with over 60 years of history. One of the few old establishments where you can taste the Tokushima specialty 'Mame-ten-tama' - okonomiyaki with sweet cooked azuki beans, tempura scraps and egg. The 'layered cooking' technique creates a crispy outside and fluffy inside. This is the soul food of Tokushima residents, maintaining the same flavor since opening. Selected for the Okonomiyaki WEST Top 100 for 6 consecutive years from 2018 to 2023. Reservations accepted from 9am.
