Opened in 2019 by a chef who trained at Moriya, then relocated to Mure-cho in 2022. Uses 100% Kyushu-grown wheat for glossy, chewy handmade noodles, paired with an elegant dashi using Ibuki niboshi and Rishiri konbu. Featured on TV programs 'Banana Man no Sekkaku Gourmet' and 'Himitsu no Kenmin SHOW'. Selected as Udon KAGAWA Best 100 for 2024.
