A long-established udon shop inside the Tanga Market, known as 'Kitakyushu's kitchen.' Features hand-made noodles prepared fresh each morning by the owner, paired with a secret dashi broth. Gobo-ten Udon and Kayaku Udon are staples; oden is a winter specialty. Only 13 seats but beloved by locals and tourists visiting the market. Selected for Tabelog Udon Top 100 WEST 2025. Survived the 2022 Tanga Market fire and continues operating.
