New Yanagiya Shokudo
A legendary tonchang (grilled pork offal) restaurant established in Showa 21 (1946), beloved by Mino City locals for over 60 years. Pork offal is marinated in a special miso sauce and pressed onto a hot iron plate - this style has become the soul food of Mino City. Lines form before opening, and tables fill quickly on weekends. Featured by local Gifu media 'Sakadachi Books', drawing customers from in and outside the prefecture. Takeout is also popular, with queues forming in summer.
