A genuine udon restaurant in Kanzaki, Sangawa-cho, Sanuki City. Open since November 2003. Uses locally sourced 'Sanuki no Yume' wheat flour and has won the Kagawa Governor's Award at the Udon Skills Grand Prix. Especially renowned for freshly fried tempura (seasonal seafood, shrimp kakiage, etc.)—many reviews say 'I came for the udon but the tempura became the main attraction.'
