Founded in 1884, this 140-year-old diner is famous nationwide as a pioneer of Tsuyama Hormon Udon. A generous serving of at least 5 types of beef offal (small intestine, large intestine, heart, tripe, and more) is seasoned with a secret miso sauce made from 14 ingredients.
