Anago-tei
A specialty restaurant for Tsushu Golden Conger Eel caught near the Japan-Korea border west of Tsushima. The chef hand-selects large, fatty eels from dedicated contracted fishermen and serves them as sashimi, white-grilled, steamed, tempura and more. Listed in Michelin Guide 2019 special edition. Reservations recommended as quantities are limited.
