Opened 2017. A tsukemen specialty shop featuring house-made flat noodles and an intense niboshi (dried sardine) broth from Kujukuri. Six consecutive years on Tabelog's Top 100. Noodle size (large/medium/small) available at no extra charge.

Called 'Osaka's top tsukemen' and 'a bowl like a work of art.' The noodle texture and niboshi umami are outstanding, with many dedicated repeat visitors. Saturday morning ramen from 7am also popular.
