A community-rooted bakery cafe established in 2001, 5-min walk from JR Ichikawa Station North Exit along Daimon-dori. Founded by former Italian chef Hiroyuki Honda and his wife. Bakes bread using wild yeast from the Tanzawa Mountains and Tanba yeast, with no butter or eggs. Uses rare Hokkaido wheat varieties like 'Haruyutaka.'
