Asazuki Honten (Okayama Old-School Ramen)
Founded in 1948 (Showa 23). Said to be the origin of Okayama ramen, located in Hokancho 5 min walk from Okayama Station west exit, facing rival shop Fujiya. Chinese soba for just 650 yen. Michelin Plate awardee. Also said to be the originator of 'Katsu Soba' (ramen topped with tonkatsu, an Okayama-original).
