Founded 1978. Signature item is a ¥200 'Handmade Beef Croquette' using Shimane Wagyu. On weekends, 3,000-3,500 are sold in a day. A long-standing butcher that has become an institution as Matsue's 'snack' and 'souvenir.' Sells out before closing. Takeout only (no eat-in).
