Shina Sobaya Tosu
The first Kyushu branch of 'Shina Sobaya' by the late Minoru Sano, known as 'the demon of ramen,' opened in 2021. The owner trained for 8 years at the main shop and its affiliate. Lines form before opening. Features clear shoyu and shio soup in the seitan ramen style.
