A Shandong cuisine institution in Nishikawaguchi, famously patronized by legendary music producer Yasushi Akimoto (creator of AKB48). In business for 30+ years, with the vast majority of customers being Japanese repeat visitors. The signature Senjin Shumai won the Kawaguchi B-class Gourmet Contest 2010, made with Saitama black pork and handmade wrappers bursting with juices. The Senjin Gyoza features 16 ingredients. Cooked with plant-based oils only (no lard), keeping the dishes light. Regulars visit multiple times a week; repeat visitors travel from across Japan. A haven for Japanese diners, distinct from the Nishikawaguchi authentic Chinese restaurant scene.
