What kind of place?
Fake reviews removed

The final ramen shop produced by the late 'Demon of Ramen' Minoru Sano, specializing in Genkai Sea salt ramen. Born from the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum's 'New Local Ramen Creation Project' (2009). Features a crystal-clear salt broth made with Karatsu-sourced Ichino Shio salt from Katashima Island and Saga Prefecture's 'Mitsuse chicken.' An unusually refined salt and soy sauce ramen shop in pork bone-dominant Kyushu. Participated in the Fukuoka Ramen Show 2016.

Praised by both locals and out-of-towners as one of the few genuine salt ramen specialists in Kyushu. Tabelog 3.51 (252 reviews), Instagram 1,690 followers. The Sano-supervised craft background and commitment to local ingredients are consistently mentioned. Frequent comments along the lines of 'the only place to go for salt ramen in pork-bone-dominated Saga.'
