The clarity of the broth is the whole point — a crystal-clear chintan that belies the depth underneath — and at 950 yen a bowl, every regular says the value is almost unfairly good.
メニューは醤油と塩の2種類に絞り込み、透き通るような清湯スープを極めることに全力を注いでいる。
The line of ten or more stretching outside on a weekday afternoon is proof enough of what Nagoya's food lovers think.
