Kamaage Udon Isshin
A simple kamaage udon specialty shop just 1 minute from Nagai Station. The minimal menu — hot kamaage udon, cold zaru udon, onigiri and kayaku rice — says everything about the focus here. The owner trained at 'Kamaage Udon Icchu', and the hand-pulled noodles made fresh daily boast a satisfying chewiness. Often full at opening; closes once noodles run out. Selected for Tabelog Udon West Top 100 in 2024.
Reviewers describe the noodles as the real deal — both chewy and silky simultaneously. Lines form even on weekdays, and selling out is common.
