Aji no Gojuban
Established in 1967, this local legend is widely considered one of the top one or two ramen shops in Tomakomai. Their famous curry bean sprout ramen — a Tomakomai specialty — features a pork-and-chicken bone broth with spices, topped with stir-fried bean sprouts, at 1,000 yen. It appeared in the Kodoku no Gourmet New Year's Eve 2022 special, boosting national recognition, but local regulars had been coming long before that. Lunch only; parking for 12 cars.
