Founded in 1927, a Kanazawa oden institution at the Katamachi scramble intersection. Features a clear dashi made from kelp and dried sardines. Uses domestic vegetables and local ingredients. Consistently busy from noon to night. Member of the Kanazawa Oden Heritage 50+ Year Association.
