Umai Yakisoba Yamaguchiya
A 50+ year old Ota yakisoba institution. Takeout only, operating just 2 hours at lunch. The one-of-a-kind yakisoba is finished with chicken bone broth (made by simmering 9 types of meat bones and vegetables for 10 hours) and a three-stage sauce. Featured on TV 'Omou Maine.' Many say it's 'worth a 3-hour drive.'
Reviewers say 'I've eaten lots of yakisoba but this is the best,' 'worth a 3-hour trip,' 'amazing volume,' 'addictive sauce.' Many personal posts on Retty and Jalan. Member of Ota Yakisoba Noren Association.
