Chuka Soba Raku
Established in 2002, a Tokushima-style chuka soba specialist run by a Tokushima-born former French chef along Route 55 in Nankoku. Rare in Kochi: pork-bone soy-sauce broth chuka soba and sesame-fragrant tan-tan noodles are the two pillars. Featured by RKC Kochi (local TV station) as 'Nankoku's hugely popular ramen shop.'
