The directly operated udon tea house (opened December 2017) of Nakamoto Seimen, a veteran Goto udon manufacturer. Adjacent to the factory, diners can watch the noodle-making process through the window. The signature Jigoku Daki (Hell Boiling) is one of Goto's three signature udon styles, featuring a dramatic open-pot boiling method. Outstanding when paired with ago dashi (flying fish stock).
