Tsukemen Seichoku
Opened in December 2022 with the mission of 'bringing tsukemen culture to Nyuzen.' The owner returned to his hometown after 10 years of tsukemen apprenticeship. A craftsman's shop that fine-tunes the soup daily based on weather and season. Despite only 8 counter seats, fans come from across Toyama Prefecture and beyond. Frozen takeout also available.
