A genuine hand-rolled soba restaurant in Asamiya, the tea-producing area of Shigaraki. The signature '9:1 soba' combines stone-ground coarse and fine buckwheat flour, served in a 100-year-old farmhouse relocated from Fukui. Hand-rolled fresh daily and closed when sold out.
