A legendary gyoza shop founded in 1964 in Amagasaki, with a retro Showa-era appearance and no signage whatsoever. Despite having only 7 counter seats, it was selected as one of Tabelog's 100 Best Gyoza Restaurants in 2019, 2021, and 2024. Tabelog 3.64/539 reviews, Yahoo Maps 4.12/54 reviews. Pan-fried gyoza at ¥250 and fried rice at ¥450—Showa-era prices maintained for over half a century. Every morning, 700–800 hand-made dumplings are prepared (6 hours of prep). Fully ticketed entry system (tickets distributed from 10:00 AM), with especially long queues on weekends. Locals and visitors from afar can't stop coming back for the chance to 'wait in line to eat this.'

"Worth lining up for! The best gyoza I've ever had." "Still at Showa-era prices since 1964—it's a miracle this place still exists." "Pick up your numbered ticket, come back, and be rewarded with exquisite pan-fried gyoza." "The owner is down-to-earth, and this atmosphere is Amagasaki's treasure."
