3 minutes from Daikoku-cho Station. Selected for Tabelog Ramen Osaka Top 100 2025. Ultra-thick tonkotsu ramen specialist, originally from Nara (1998), opened in Osaka in 2005. Soup uses only 300kg/day of domestic pork bones and water - no lard. Despite its white, ultra-thick appearance, it has a surprisingly sweet and non-greasy taste. Lines form before opening; attracts ramen enthusiasts nationwide.
Regulars note it's lighter than it looks, with a surprising sweetness that keeps you spooning up the soup. Lines of 30+ before opening are not unusual. A Osaka ramen pilgrimage destination.
