Established in 1949, Chitose Honten is widely credited as the birthplace of nikusuii — a gently simmered bowl of thinly sliced beef in udon broth — and has long been a cherished retreat for Yoshimoto comedians and Osaka's entertainment world.
1949年創業の老舗として「肉吸い」発祥の店として広く知られ、吉本芸人をはじめとする芸能人に長年愛されてきた千とせ本店。
Now in its third generation, the restaurant holds a Tabelog score of 3.72 and earned a place in the Tabelog Udon WEST Top 100 2024, recognition that reflects a warmth and flavor that has never gone out of style.
