What kind of place?
Fake reviews removed8-minute walk from Fuse Station. The signature 'super high-hydration' hand-pulled noodles are made from scratch every morning. These noodles, with an extremely high water content, have a uniquely chewy texture that simply cannot be found elsewhere. Selected as Ramen Osaka Top 100 in 2024 and 2025. All three broths - soy sauce, salt, and miso - perfectly complement the outstanding noodles.
Reviews say 'This texture is one of a kind,' 'I want to come back every week,' and 'The hand-pulled noodles blew me away.' Many guests are more impressed by the noodles than the broth. Many regulars say they come back every time despite the queue.
