Fake reviews removedThe only handmade soba restaurant in Esashi. Uses domestic Hokkaido ingredients with no additives or chemical seasonings. Praised for 'incredibly crispy tempura' and 'thin, springy noodles.' Visitors come from outside town as well. Also serves Esashi's specialty herring soba. Closes when sold out, so early arrival recommended.
Best crispy tempura ever. Thin, springy soba with rich sobayu broth. The only handmade soba in Esashi — people travel from outside Hokkaido. Come prepared to miss out if you're late.
