Amekaze
Founded in 1954. A long-established oden restaurant representing Miyakonojo. The signature 'Miyakonojo oden' features a distinctive black broth made with chicken stock, along with pork cartilage miso stew. The 3rd-generation owner continues to innovate while preserving tradition; featured extensively in TV and magazines. Oden goes on hiatus in summer, but the restaurant operates year-round with izakaya items including fried local chicken. Small venue: counter 7 seats + tatami 10 seats.
