Liver and chive specialty restaurant founded in 2009 in Kiyose. Just 8 seats, yet lines form daily. Selected for Tabelog Top 100 Teishoku 2021 and Top 100 Shokudo 2024. Uses multiple liver varieties: Yamagata Shonai pork, Ibaraki Rose pork, domestic beef, Aomori chicken, and Hokkaido deer. Autographs from celebrities and athletes cover the walls.
