A long-established yoshoku restaurant founded in 1963. Stuffed cabbage roll stew is the signature. 4 directly operated locations (no franchise). The stew uses no milk or butter and sells 1,000-1,200 servings per day.
Called 'the yoshoku of Shinjuku' with 'the best stuffed cabbage roll stew unchanged for 60 years.' Some note price increases but quality is maintained.
