Their signature Kou Sui Ji (drooling chicken) — tender steamed chicken with house-made chili oil and rich sauce — is legendary. Michelin Guide Hyogo 2016 Bib Gourmand. Lunch at 2,500 yen, dinner course at 6,600 yen (after July 2025 reopening): exceptional value for this level of cuisine. Weekends are fully booked months in advance. A hidden gem in a residential area. Tabelog Chinese WEST 100 Best 2026, 2023, 2021.

Regulars call it Kobe's best Chinese restaurant. Michelin Bib Gourmand, 3x Tabelog 100 Best. Food quality, price, and atmosphere are all exceptional. Worth taking the train from far away. Temporarily closed April 2024, reopened July 2025.
