Opened in 2009, this authentic Chinese restaurant features an open kitchen. Their signature Kou Sui Ji (drooling chicken) — tender steamed chicken with house-made chili oil and rich sauce — is legendary. Michelin Guide Hyogo 2016 Bib Gourmand. Lunch at 2,500 yen, dinner course at 6,600 yen (after July 2025 reopening): exceptional value for this level of cuisine. Weekends are fully booked months in advance.
