ミシュランビブグルマン常連の「らぁめん小池」「中華蕎麦にし乃」と同じグループが2022年10月に立ち上げた家系ラーメンの新ブランド。
The tonkotsu-shoyu broth is noticeably softer and less fatty than the typical iekei bowl, yet it sells for just 850 yen — a price that leaves first-timers wondering how Michelin-calibre ramen can possibly cost this little.
一般的な家系より脂少なめ・塩気控えめのまろやかな豚骨醤油スープが850円で味わえ、「ミシュランレベルの家系がこの値段で食べられるのか」という声が後を絶たない。
