Founded in 1962 (Showa 37). A long-established pork bone ramen shop that is Shibushi's pride. Winner of the first Kagoshima Ramen Championship. The unique flavor combines a slightly sour, light pork bone broth with Kagoshima's characteristic sweet soy sauce tare. Incredible value at 650 yen for a regular bowl. Open from 7am, with a local culture of eating morning ramen. So popular that customers line up before opening. Featured by food YouTuber 'SUSURU TV.' after being repeatedly requested by viewers nationwide. Only two locations (Shibushi main and Kanoya), no wide chain expansion.
