Founded 1957. A veteran of 'Joshu Ota Yakisoba', one of Japan's Three Great Yakisoba. A uniquely blended black sauce, thick noodles, and cabbage only - this simple combo is the locals' soul food. Famous for enormous portions from small to a 5-serving 'nameless jumbo'. Member of the Joshu Ota Yakisoba Noren-kai. Featured on many TV programs. Tabelog 3.47/509.
Reviews say 'It's pitch black but has a gentle, sweet-salty flavor', 'Just cabbage but somehow delicious', 'Always stop here when visiting Ota'. Mostly local cars. Lines on weekends. Many out-of-prefecture visitors after TV appearances. Visit records from April 2025 confirmed.
