Established in 1952, this is Takamatsu's most iconic okonomiyaki restaurant. For over 70 years, the unique style of pan-frying with generous beef tallow for an extra-crispy texture has never changed. No aonori, bonito flakes, or mayonnaise—only sauce. Eating with a spatula is part of the experience. The signature dish is 'kimotama-yaki' (okonomiyaki with chicken liver).
