Takenoya (Izumo Soba)
A long-established Izumo soba specialist in front of Masuda Station, founded in 1948 (Showa 23). Uses stone-ground flour from Okuizumo, producing firm noodles briefly boiled in vigorously boiling water. The three-color wariko soba is the signature dish, loved locally for generations.
