Opened in 2015 by an owner trained at storied houses including Ikeno-hata Yabu Soba and Kanda Matsuya, this soba restaurant occupies a beautifully restored old folk house in the Yanaka-Nezu-Sendagi neighborhood.
「池の端藪蕎麦」「神田まつや」など名門で修行を積んだ店主が2015年に開いた、谷根千の古民家蕎麦店。
