Founded in 1963, this is the original creator of Nagoya's ankake spaghetti. Signature sauce uses vegetables and meat simmered 2 days then aged 10+ days, served with 2.2mm thick noodles. Only 3 company-owned stores, no franchises. 60+ years of the same recipe.
