The legendary restaurant that became the world's first ramen shop to receive a Michelin star (2016). Even after the owner-chef passed away in 2022, the staff carries on his vision at Yoyogi Uehara. The soy sauce ramen using truffle oil and abalone broth is in a class of its own. Around 3,000-4,000 yen per person, but widely considered exceptional value for what's offered.
