A 56-year-old yakitori landmark at the entrance to Higashiyama Chayagai (Higashi Geisha District) in Kannonmachi. Skewers grilled one by one over binchotan charcoal have earned it a long-standing local reputation as 'the pinnacle of casual yakitori in Kanazawa.' The lunch-only oyakodon at 900 yen is the opposite of tourist pricing—it always draws a queue. Evenings offer charcoal-grilled skewers and oden, finishing with chicken-broth soy sauce ramen.
