Fake reviews removedFounded in 1934, Kanazawa's oldest oden shop. The soul is a bonito-kombu dashi made with Kanazawa's Ohno soy sauce, topped up continuously since opening. The 'kani-men' (crab miso in shell) was invented here and became a Kanazawa oden icon. Old-school atmosphere where strangers become friends.
