Open since 2007. 2-minute walk from Nagahama Station East exit. Uses freshly milled buckwheat flour for three signature soba styles—seiro, inaka, and thick-cut—each with different flour blends. The noon-only limited 10-serving 'two-type yakumi-zen' set draws queues before opening. A unique touch: the first bite is eaten with salt to appreciate the pure buckwheat fragrance. Takeout of fresh uncooked soba also available. Selected as Tabelog Soba WEST Top 100 for 2025, 2024, and 2023.
