Soba & Sake Izunohana
Founded in 1952, a long-established restaurant at the entrance of Ginzan Onsen. Soba made from locally grown Mogami Wasesoba buckwheat, stone-ground in the traditional way and kneaded with cold Ginzan spring water. Serves soba for lunch and sake bar in the evening (reservation only).
