An independently-owned bakery established in 2011 in Niihama's Go district. Committed to 100% additive-free dough and handmade fillings, offering 80+ types of bread on weekdays and 100+ on weekends. The Pain de Campagne is of such exceptional quality that it is adopted by 'La Rochelle,' the restaurant of renowned French chef Hiroyuki Sakai. A single-location specialty bakery opened by the third son of the long-established Fukusuke Bakery in Imabari.
