Shokudo Ushio
Founded in 1971. A long-established seafood diner near Cape Kamui on the Shakotan Peninsula, overlooking the famous Shakotan Blue sea. Over 50 years of trust built by serving additive-free, locally caught sea urchin sourced directly from fishermen. Hokkaido locals unanimously say 'going to Ushio when in Shakotan is a given.'
