Gensoba Nonaka
A serious hand-cut soba restaurant tucked in a residential area near Nakamurabashi Station. Uses freshly stone-milled buckwheat flour in-house. Despite being off the beaten path, lunch queues are constant. Selected for Tabelog Soba Top 100 2025 (also 2022).
