The owner quit his salaried job to master soba, and grinds Hitachi Akisoba (Ibaraki) and Kitawase (Hokkaido) in-house using a stone mill before hand-cutting each batch. Selected as Tabelog Soba WEST Top 100 (2025). One of Tokushima City's rare stone-mill, self-milling soba restaurants in a tranquil mountain setting.
