Mii Udon
Opened in March 2017 by a former tofu maker who visited udon shops across Shikoku and Kansai before discovering the exceptional noodles from Shinohara Seimen in Asakura and developing a 100% natural dashi. Despite all items costing under 500 yen, locals are stunned by the quality. Survived a closure crisis in March 2025 when a successor stepped up — still operating. Featured on TV Nishi-Nippon 'Momochi Hama Store' and FBS 'Mentai Wide.'
